Return policy

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for return shipping from your home to the supplier are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product, with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging, will be returned to the supplier. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@laviza.co.uk. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
Exceptions to returns
Products that meet one or more of the following points cannot be returned:
a. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
b. Products that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer’s specifications;
c. Products that are clearly personal in nature;
d. Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned;
e. Products that can spoil or age quickly;
f. Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
g. Single newspapers and magazines;
h. Audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
